It
is our previlege and commitment at Summer Classics to create
such items for the home and garden.
In the Fireside
Collection, we turn our attention indoors, to the hearth.
Nothing holds quite the same attraction in any room, in any
home. Soothing and hopelessly romantic, a fireplace draws
anyone who comes near to its warmth and beauty.
To complement, and even
heighten this natural charm, we created the Fireside
Collection. These exquisite handforged firetools and cast
firescreens recall the elegant lines of decorative ironwork
and fencing originally found in fine homes of Europe and the
Deep South. In the Summer Classics tradition, each piece is
crafted of the finest, most durable materials and finished to
perfection. To bring new warmth and understated elegance to
any hearth and home.
The Fireside
Collection.
Firetools.
Summer Classics firetools
are crafted in hand forged iron to give an antique or aged
appearance. Our polished and antique finishes were developed to
accentuate the natural appearance of raw steel, antique brass or
bronze. Variations or nuances in shading or appearance are
intentional and should not be considered imperfections. These
firetools will give your home warmth, atmosphere and subtle
elegance not available from any other source.
Firescreens.
The designs for our cast
screens were adopted from designs originally incorporated into
European castles and the fencing surrounding them. Exhibiting
the same natural look and feel as our firetools, they are
appropriate for use only with gas-burning fireplaces.
Gas Logs.
Summer Classic Fireside
Collection features the most realistic vented gas logs available
in the marketplace today. Our Country Manor logs offer the look
of split oak featuring our exclusive ember enhancer to give the
logs a beauty that must be seen to be appreciated. Our log Cabin
set creates the look of real burned wood, while the Classic Oak
log set offers the look of whole logs. Summer Classics logs are
so realistic they even pop and crackle. Our gas logs are made
with the highest amount of firebrick (not ceramic).
As a result, they absorb and
radiate far more heat than conventional vented gas logs.
